Refund Eligibility
EchoInk provides digital subscription services for AI-powered speech-to-text transcription, text polishing, and translation. If you are not satisfied with your initial purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase.
When Refunds May Be Declined
Refund requests may be declined when usage quotas have been substantially consumed, when the service has been abused or used in violation of our Terms of Service, or when a request concerns a renewal payment after the subscription benefits have already been used.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact [email protected] with the email address on your EchoInk account, your order or payment details, and a brief reason for the request.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, or wallet provider involved.
Subscription Cancellation
Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund past payments. You may continue using paid features until the end of the current billing period unless a refund is approved and access is revoked.
